VBS in the Park

It all started with the one lone girl that was brave enough to break off from her friends and said "I'm staying!" Before we knew it we had 25 or 30 kids playing in the park. It was fun...our kids & adults were busy getting to know the kids and having a great time. We started making peanut butter sandwiches and suddenly we had 60 kids in line for sandwiches and chips!!!! What an awesome time! We gathered after lunch for a short Bible lesson (correlating to the summer Olympics)and then we did a craft for those who wanted to...Crystal took pictures of as many kids as she could before lunch and ran to Walgreens to print them out, then they made and decorated frames to put them in. THe bounce house was fun for the kids and our kids were fun for the kids!So proud to be leading such an AWESOME YOUTH GROUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Steve
